Our Commitment to Sustainability
EnvironmentalIn recent years, we have taken several measures to reduce our environmental impact:
• ISO 14001 certification: Ensures the effective management of the environment in our operations. • Renewable Energy: We use Dolomiti Energia for 100% renewable electricity supplies and 100% plywood methane gas.• Reduction of Accidents: Constant monitoring and improvement of safety conditions in the workplace.
Social
Piacenti S.p.A. promotes an inclusive work environment and is actively committed to social issues:• ISO 45001 and UNI PDR 125 certifications: They guarantee the health and safety of workers and gender equality.
• Agreement with SECOND CHANCE: Facilitation of the reintegration of prisoners and ex-prisoners into the workplace.
• Three Hearts Welfare Plan: Introduction of a corporate welfare plan to improve employee well-being.
Governance
Transparency and integrity are fundamental to our business management:• MOGC 231 and ISO 37001: Implementation of organization, management and control models to prevent corruption.• ISO 9001: Ensures quality in business processes.• ESG Criteria Training: Continuous training of our managers to align business practices with sustainability standards. For the first edition we have chosen the LIFEGATE course.
